Events & Hiring

For events, I'll need to know the following information:
- Exact address/location, and if applicable, the specific room/garden/etc.
- Exact time/date of the performance. I typically arrive a half hour early to set up.
- Dress code
- A contact person who will be present early who can direct me where to set up.
- Any special requests must be made at least four weeks in advance.
- In the event of a time-intensive arrangement, a fee may be added and this will be mentioned as soon as possible.

The following should be provided (please let me know if these aren't possible so we can discuss alternatives):
- An armless chair (or one for each member in the case of an ensemble)
- Shelter from weather and temperatures that may hinder equipment or performance
- I provide all of my own high-end equipment. If there isn't a power outlet within 75 ft., please let me know.
